Shipping
We ship surface and charge only $4.95 for shipping and handling for domestic orders. For orders $100 and over we will pay all shipping and handling chargers for you. Wisconsin residents are charged 5.5% sales tax.
Returns
Any item purchased from this web site may be returned in its original packaging for a full refund less $4.95 for shipping and handling. Used items that did not meet your expectations will be replaced with new product for only the shipping and handling charge. Please return the original card and sleeve.
Ordering Process
CaddyPatch is currently using a safe and secure online shopping cart powered by Authorize.net. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Some additional features of our online store include:
- Permanent Cart - Any products added to your online cart remain there until you remove them, or check them out.
- Address Book - We can now deliver your products to another address other than yours! This is perfect to send birthday gifts direct to the birthday-person themselves.
- Order History - View your history of purchases that you have made with us.
We do not retain credit card information in our database, nor is the credit card number stored at any point on our server, it is transmitted directly to Authorize.net using their secure payment gateway. |
